What do you mean by "so"?

I am not advocating nor supporting what Obama did.
I haven't supported Obama ever.

What I am trying to get across is that he knows the law very well and knows what he can get away with.
Congress has done nothing to put him back in his place so to speak.

Congress said no to the Dream Act and he went and manipulated the law to appease the illegals until amnesty got passed.

Did he break the law ?
No. He's still going to deport them but not for 2 years.
He's not deferring everyone ..just a specific age group.
He specifically left out DL and SS cards for illegals..ON PURPOSE.
Said "It's up to the states".

He's as sly as a fox. He studied Constitutional Law.
He's able to go right up to that line yet not cross it.

Despicable and unethical and would have those that put the laws in place rolling in their grave.

But did he break the laws ?
No, no he didn't.

And you can bet that once the other side gets into office they will not only do the same but take it yet a bit further. Call it the "creep factor".

The question is how we end up…socialist, communist, ?
Congress keeps their low profile. They don't stand up. That's one check and balance that isn't happening.
Reid has the Senate secured and Pelosi has the House secured.
That's the way it is. As long as Obama stays on this side of the law Congress will do nothing.

Congress is who you should be mad at. The President gets away with whatever Congress lets him get away with.

Didn't the ACA law said Non Compliance Policies could no longer be sold after a fixed date, yet he is trying to change that date despite the firm date in the law ?

He didn't study Constitutional Law.

Someone else did, using his flexible social security card.

Took his tests for him, too.

He's a real "card".

Card carrying manchurian fox, that is!

No one ever comes up with specifics here.

I disagree with your assessment of Obama, I don't think he's that smart, his aides and his staff are giving him advice. Obama says too many ignorant things when he is off script. Without that teleprompter he is a stammering incoherent fool.

Ok I did.
That article said blame lay across the board between Clinton and Bush administrations and both heads of the Federal Reserve.

Came down to "ignoring warnings" and "failing to manage risks".
But it does not cite one law broken.

He's been groomed.
He's not a natural speaker. That's obvious to all.

If not him then his team know their laws and know what they can alter without breaking.

No. As far as the changes in the policies some were established in the law itself and were date specific (making it illegal to drop those if they happen to get sick, pre-exisiting conidtions, allowing children to be covered until 26). Other parts of the law (including the non-complliance policies) were put forth in the law, and set target dates, but not specific or firm dates (leaving those up to various other agencies)
