The ignorance regarding who Mandela really was among the commies on this site is really sad. "You people" should pick up a history book.

They are the same idiots who wear "Che" t-shirts and think he was a hero.

The real Mandela legacy:

I am well aware who Mandela was, though it is obvious the ignorant fascists on the site are in full force thinking anything that isn't far right wing moronic logic must be godless commies.

Unfortunately there are lot of people on this site who only see the world in terms of race - these people think that apartheid was something worth preserving. They are deluded into thinking that just because they have a particular color of skin, they are superior to other people. They are sorely mistaken, and their views will be eventually relegated to the dustbin of history; this is what makes them so angry (they know it).

RIP Mandela - a true hero.

South Africa was transformed from a 1st world European country into a 3rd world commie African hellhole under his (and the ANC's) watch.

With that being said, the man was courageous and is an example for European Nationalist leaders currently under the yoke of the EUSSR commies.
Your profound ignorance is showing. South Africa was never a "1st world European country."

Interesting.

Apartheid: An industrialized, modern country, with nuclear weapons, low unemployment, low crime, etc. etc. ect.

Post-Apartheid: Crumbling infrastructure, massive unemployment, genocides, rape capital of the world, etc. etc. etc.

I am in no position to judge him.
Yet, I am already tired of the excessive coverage as well. But that kind of hype seems to happen whenever famous people die. Remember the fuss about Michael Jackson's death?

If there has ever been a more over-hyped and excessively overdone story in the last 50 years, I sure don't remember it. It is completely over-the-top, with a 10,000:1 ratio of story to interest in the story.

I thought Nelson Mandela was a great person, but so was Margaret Thatcher. And I don't recall Margaret Thatcher's death getting as much media play in the US. Finally I don't recall President Obama attending Thatcher's funeral (He plans on attending Mandela's funeral).
