Actually I don't think that you heard or realize what was being said either. They said "top of the line cannibus is going for 400.00+" This would not include "average or even slightly better then average cannibus. If 400.00 is the price for top of the line stuff, the street value is way higher (60-90.00 a gram) in some areas of the country. As of my knowledge the Cartels usually do not deal with high end products because of the cost of cultivation and plant slicing and other time consuming factors which makes the stuff so potent in the first place making it not too cost efficient
