There are offices but make sure you get a background check on the person you deal with before giving them any personal information.

What part of his increase of 30%, equals not going up? How is a 30% increase the same?

yeah, only his policy costs went up because of the new taxes. I'm sure he feels all better that you feel there's a difference.
