Are SA whites really being killed "like flies"? Why Steve Hofmeyr is wrong - Africa Check

the increase in the white homicide rate began in the late 1970s and has remained markedly less than the increase in murder rates for all other race groups
What else ya got?

And since you obviously already "knew" the "correct" answer to your original question, why did you bother asking it in the first place? It would have been so much easier for you just to declare "Apartheid never should have ended" and leave it at that.

I don't think Apartheid should never end, but that extreme reverse discrimination should not be employed.

And yet whites are still, by far, the most prosperous group of South Africans. Their median income is about 7 times greater than the median income among blacks, and their unemployment rate is 4% -- among blacks it's 28%. This is after 20 years of one-party rule by a group that is allegedly full of racist Communists who want to exterminate the white population.

So although I'm sure they appreciate your profound concern for their well-being, I think they're doing just fine.

I don't see why you have your panties in a wad. If anything, whites in South Africa are BETTER OFF economically than they were before apartheid ended. (Probably because of the end of sanctions, which disproportionately benefited South Africans who are internationally inclined -- in other words, whites.)

Economic inequality has actually INCREASED since 1993.

South Africa Mine Deaths Show Wealth Gap Inciting Tension - Bloomberg

The Gini coefficient, a measure of income inequality, was 0.63 in South Africa in 2009, the highest of 25 developing nations surveyed by the World Bank. The index was 0.59 in 1993, according to the Washington-based lender. A reading of zero means society is totally equal, while a reading of 1 means the society is completely unequal.
“Black income really hasn’t changed,” Peter Attard Montalto, an economist at Nomura Plc in London, said in a telephone interview. “That shows that the amount of progress made by the ANC is clearly limited.”
