No matter what the Obamas do, the right would find a reason to whine and complain. Let's not kid ourselves. You know it and I know it.
To micturate and moan about a 12 yr old's signature on a Christmas card is the height of pettiness and idiocy.

LOL, if someone's panties get in such a twist over a president taking a photo, that tells a lot about their mental state, doesn't it?

I actually figured the right wingers foaming at the mouth over this would have moved on by now once there realized there was no meat on that bone, but I guess not.

Dick Cheney Didn't Regret His Vote Against Freeing Nelson Mandela, Maintained He Was A 'Terrorist'
You know that Mandela was a terrorist when he was imprisoned, and all he had to do was swear off violence and terrorism to be released from prison.

They cling to made-up outrages, it's all they have left.

Why don't you take up this nonsense with the Danish PM, who actually took the pic. AFAIK she didn't post it anywhere. Don't you take pictures at events? How is this EVEN an issue?!

This is what Conservatives actually believe.

Then how did the photo get published? Someone posted it. If I take one of those shots with my friends, it is informal and goofy, unlike posing for a photo taken by someone else. I'm also not the president or PM so there isn't a comparison. I can't say I'd do one of those photos at a memorial service, even if others were and especially if I were a high level person, it's just not very classy.

And I would not have been allowed to print my name on a card after about age six. I'd be given a new card until I wrote properly. What is wrong with having higher standards if you are the First Family of the United States?
