I'm not looking for answers here but rather making my fellow citizens aware of what's really going on in our country.
I'll let everybody know what kind of response I get to my FOIA request.
But you dont seem to be aware of the details, hence your request for information, so what exactly are you making us aware of, that your co-worker was a terrorists and we need to watch out for everyone? Are you trying to panic us?
Back in 2003 when I was working at Verizon in the Washington, DC area my coworker Hammad Abdur-Raheem was arrested, tried and convicted as a terrorist. He was supposedly part of the Virginia Jihad Network, a claim I always found to be dubious. Because of some information I've more recently become aware of I filled this FOIA request with the FBI.
When the dust finally settles I believe we're going to find out that my coworker Hammad was actually an informant or agent provocateur working with the FBI and/or the CIA.
Why am I doing this? Because according to my DOJ FOIA, the government has invoked the "Glomar Response" and will neither confirm nor deny if I'm on a watchlist.

I honestly don't know why I'm on a watch list. Sadly, my Representative George Holding hasn't been any help when I requested his office investigate on my behalf. Perhaps there's a National Security Letter (NSL) out against me which would mean that I'm not even allowed to know why I'm on a watch list or that I have a NSL on file. BTW, the NSA review panel just suggested that people who have NSL's should be allowed know.
