Not a surprise. I tend to stay away from racial threads on forums I am on simply because I get accused of racism if I post my true feelings. You can tell who the favored groups are in this country...attack white person no hate crime,attack black or jewish hate crime.
Hate is hate and the crime has to be proven and not assumed
So this white guy is a " worse criminal " doing the exact same thing that blacks were mostly doing?
I think something that many of you maybe overlooking. Are they hitting them to rob them (not hate crime) or are they hitting them just for S&Giggles? I think that this is the big difference when they label a hate crime with this knock out mess
the race crimes are processed not so much on what was done but on who did it.
It's based on whether or not theirs evidence that race was the basis for the crime, so you are completely wrong. There are a few examples of Blacks being charged with hate crimes as well in this thread.

The young black punks who knocked out several white people just walking down the street or sidewalk aren't worse criminals? How about that pos who beat a World War II veteran to death in Spokane?
They were caught and convicted but I believe that they were tried for assault/robbery
Hate crime laws are discriminatory in practice. You will notice that ONLY white males are ever charged with a "hate crime." There are thousands of minorities playing this "knockout" game, but the only person being charged with a hate crime is a white male.
Naturally, liberal freaks have no problem with this bigoted double-standard, since that was their intent from the very beginning, to manufacture a law that only white males can be charged with and no one else.
Hmmm, so according to your logic a klansman can seek out a gay, jew, catholic ect and kill them for no other reason and you feel that is on the same level as a kid trying to rob someone and they accidentally kill them? Here let me help you out. A klansman will kill someone base on a physical or ideological differences and a poor kid would commit a crime based on opportunity. This is proably the biggest probelm is trying to prove motive as to why it happened as opposed to pointing fingers as why one is the same as the other
I sure won't argue that point, because he is. From not prosecuting the New Black Panthers (that's where the voter suppression was), to his current suit against BMW-USA and Family Dollar for running criminal background checks on prospective employees because the results adversely affect blacks (the DOJ's contention in the suit), to this latest travesty.
With the institution of the tan booth "white people's" tax, and the exemption of menthol from the flavored-cigarette ban, we should have known from the beginning that this was a bigoted administration.
