If you want to bark about bieng a lesbian/homosexual then dont snivel about how other people are in your business.
Could you please quote the sentence where Robin "barked about being a lesbian"?

Regardless of how you feel about it being covered, she didn't ask for the publicity. People thank their partners on Facebook every day.

Nonsensical beliefs/ideas deserve ridicule, simple.
And you have that right to state your opinion.

Robin is one of the few celebrities out there that I can honestly say that I admire as a person. She's a pretty wonderful, kind-hearted, lady and no doubt so is the woman who has stood by her through all of her health issues in the past few years. I am really happy that we live in a time period where someone like Robbin can feel comfortable being open about her choice of life partner and including them in her public expressions of appreciation for all of the support she has received.

The OP could maybe learn a few things from Robbin.

The funny thing is, if I find a story not news worthy, I simply don't read it. I certainly don't start a thread about how un newsworthy the story is.

I also don't go all crazy when someone thanks a spouse, or girl/boy friend.

Phil Robertson, Duck Dynasty Star, Buys Wife Wedding Ring Christmas - Us Weekly

Quote:
Amid his suspension from his A&E hit series, Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson took a moment to show his appreciation for his wife, Miss Kay. On Wednesday, Dec. 25, his granddaughter Sadie Robertson shared the long-overdue wedding ring he presented his longtime love.
Why is Phil telling everyone about his sex life? Why can't he just keep it to himself?

Funny. When it became known that Ellen DeGeneres was coming out on national television everyone I knew who was hosting or attending a coming-out party to celebrate the fact was decidedly well left of center.

Who needs to read it .half a dozen different stories that announce in the headline Robin Roberts gay! do You deny that this occurs anytime a "celebrity" comes out of the closet? Why?
