??? It's really about demographics, and it doesn't make sense to me to say that red states fail to convict their criminals.

Nope, the truth is: many criminals leave states like CA because of the 3 strikes and you are in law: they come to states that do not impose such a law, we get stuck with them.

It's a statement that felons support Democrats. The policy failures of the Democrat party don't need to be portrayed as bad; they do that all by themselves.
