It's always everyone else's fault except for the Black community.

The title states MINORITIES, and the article says stop targeting black AND Hispanic children.

Why did you choose to only focus on blacks? Just wondering.

If the parents of minorities can't control their feral kids, the school should not have to do it. Call the authorities and force the parents to abide by the laws of civilized society.

Because we all know that is who Eric Holder is really concerned about.

so now they have to punish equal numbers of students by race, regardless of behavior, to avoid 'disparities'?

I'm a school teacher.
Guess which race is most represented in my School's displinary referrals? White.
Guess which race represents about 95 percent of our school's population? White.

Using a little bit of common sense, most people would be able to determine that schools do not target race in terms of discipline. Most Schools target the students that cause problems, regardless of race. If one race is more represented than another, that's more of a social issue than a school discipline problem.

In Holder and Obama's universe, the relative penalization of some ethnic groups more than others is, by definition, racist.

It couldn’t have anything to do with the rate the group actually causes problems requiring disciplinary action.

I read stuff like this and am just amazed that there is a segment of the population that A. Believes stuff like this. B. Walk among us. C. Think they are intelligent D. Think that “solutions” like this will make anything better.
