The only thing radical is your imagination. This nominee is not "radical" simply because he, as a defense attorney, defended his client in court. You all have to do better than this.

Wonder why our President would feel the need to hire someone with a background like this in the first place? What has happened to common sense. One can't join the military if marijuana possession was ever held against them, but one can be involved in murder and get a government job?
Civil Rights Department, seems our President might have a plan for all those white people who voted him into office.......if there had been a crystal ball to tell the future back in 2001!
If McCain had known of this tape a few weeks ago, the chance to hammer Obama into submission would have been possible. Now, with just 8 days to election, he must work fast to exploit the shocking admissions made by Obama that 1) he believes that the Warren Court did not "break free from the essential constraints" found in the Constitution in order to redistribute wealth to the Black poor; and 2) he believes in "redistributive change" for America.
The video has been remove by this administration........

You'd think after the scandal at IRS Obama would be careful about such nominations as we clearly have seen the abuse radicals on both extremes mean.It kind of reminds me of now government likes to sue companies yet when they are part of the same thing as SEC as in Madoff case they just move on with a few minor people let go.We need to see criminal charges in both cases to stop this raher pay and rather collect system or just take the appointees job away .
