Anyone remember all the hysteria that was going on in 2001, 2002 and 2003? We were hearing every day about thwarted terror attacks and such. I had the impression that there hundreds, maybe thousands, of Al Qaeda members living as ordinary U.S. citizens and secretly plotting attacks. The federal government added several new departments to deal with this supposed threat. I've never been much of a conspiracy theorist, but I just think it's weird that there be a slew of terrorist attacks and attempted terrorist attacks and then nothing like that for a decade. The government would have us believe it's because of their new departments and subsequent security measures to protect us. I've never been much of a conspiracy theorist, but it seems highly improbable that Al Qaeda decided to bomb us one day, made a few attempts in the next few years and then gave up for the next decade.
What exactly is the definition of a "Terrorist Attack" in today's world ...... the Obama Era?
Is it only going to be "major" if Thousands of people die? I guess so. It's our Brave New Transformed America.
I guess you missed it when our ambassador was sodomized and subsequently slaughtered in the streets of Benghazi under King Obama's and Queen Hillary's watch. Oddly enough, it happened on the anniversary of 9/11.
I understand that Obama's cheerleading squad doesn't believe that was terrorism. After all, there was a YouTube video to blame and an election to win.
you mean I US right. because even before 9-11 we have several attacks against US interest. I also see several events as terrorist acts such has mass shootings; air craft crashed into IRS building and other attempts.I think tho organized is not so easy now that we pay more attention since 9-11 when we did not take first tower bombing serious enough.
Not really. Why shoud there be another one when they got what they wanted with 911. They saw the weakness in DC, they struck, and got a reaction from US which exceeded their wildest dreams.
Your 8x more likely to be killed by a Police officer than a terrorist.
There's been terror attacks. All over this country.
