As posted earlier, it's impossible to impeach Obama with the Dems controlling the Senate. Forget it.
It's impossible to convict him of impeachment.
I wouldn't mind if the House impeached our lawless lying failed President - at least someone would be doing the right thing.
Send the articles of impeachment over to the Senate and see what the most useless and corrupt Senate leader in U.S. history does about it. Of course he won't do anything because he supports the Obama dictatorship, but he should still be forced to show himself for the hyperpartisan rubber stamp he and his worthless Democrat colleagues in the Senate are.
Oh really?? Senator Feinstein had ZERO comments about the New York Times whitewash of Clinton & Obama last month when the article was published. Suddenly - now that the Closed Door transcripts of the meeting that SHE chaired have come out ...... Senator Feinstein is singing like a bird in a CYA announcement. The House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Mike Rogers (R-Michigan) and the leading Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) -- both issued statements the day the New York Times article was published that it was "wrong". I guess it's good news that Senator Di finally stepped up to the plate.

The Constritution says that an impeachable offense is a high crime or misdomeanor.
You are correct, but "high crime and misdemeanors" historically did not refer to necessarily the same things as we perceive them today. It also referred to political things such as corruption etc. In the English Pariliament is had been used for things like misapproriating funds, hiring people that were not fit to serve etc. The term "maladministration was proposed" as was "against the state" as a follow up to the current clause. The goal was to have impeachment be another of the checks and balances to serve as a check on the power of the executive branch not simply for crimes as we now refer to them.

Impeachent does not mean removal...you need to find a new word for removing Presidents from office.

None of you right wingers have even been able to spell out this supposed diabolical plot of Obama's (I guess he isn't an idiotic moron right now, for purposes of this thread and conspiracy).
