Who says he would be tortured to death? The only fact here (you lefties love to throw that word around) is that the defense attorney alleges that it would be inhumane and make him feel like he was suffocating. Of course a death row defense attorney would never exaggerate, twist the truth or lie to keep his monster from just punishment now, right?
