I hope President Obama circumvents Congress and seriously limits the powers of the U.S. Intelligence Agencies (i.e. the NSA). It's obvious that Senator Dianne Feinstein and Representative Mike Rogers haven't been providing meaningful oversight.

Obama has put out feelers on how far he can go. Look at the changes of law and waivers to Obamacare with no congressional approval. As far as I know no one in congress is challenging him so of course Obama is going to see how far he can go. Give him a inch.........

What makes you think Obama is for limiting the powers of the intelligence agencies? Do you have some quotes where he has said so?

So you are all for circumventing congress? would you still be for it when the party that you are not a member of has control of the WH?

Didnt Obama expand the powers of the NSA?

yes, yes he did..

Obama administration had restrictions on NSA reversed in 2011 - The Washington Post

He has no plans of limiting the powers.

He's going to close Gitmo, get rid of lobbyists, reform wall street.....the list is endless.

He's an empty suit.

He has no plans of limiting the powers.
Considering his past dealings with Communists, he will be trying to absorb
as much power as he can.

As long as he is in office. There are already restrictions on the 1st, 2nd,
and 4th Amendments on his watch.

People have been saying this since the nation was formed.

At one point in time limiting voting right to white male landowners was traditional.
