He's lived here 50 years at least. He knows English. For me if you will lie this easily about something so simple you will lie about anything. To me knowing that he likely lied makes him not believable.

yet another story spun in a way to make cops look bad... Whenever I see a story like this, my first thought is now always that its just more lies and deliberate omissions of facts to make a spicy story. After all, who doesn't like to see pigs get roasted over a fire... smh...
