I'd stick with the audience selection and go with FOX rather than a demonstrated liar in chief.

Despising lies as you do it must be torture to support a president who lies more than he stands.

(b) Disenrollment process.
(1) A PCIP must establish a disenrollment process that is approved by HHS.
(2) A PCIP may disenroll an individual if the monthly premium is not paid on a timely basis, following notice and a reasonable grace period, not to exceed 61 days from when payment is due, as defined by the PCIP and approved by HHS.
(3) A PCIP must disenroll an individual in any of the following circumstances:
(i) The individual no longer resides in the PCIP service area.
(ii) The individual obtains other creditable coverage.
(iii) Death of the individual.
(iv) Other exceptional circumstances established by HHS.
Wouldn't the following condition apply for an individual who obtained coverage from a different provider.

(3) A PCIP must disenroll an individual in any of the following circumstances:
(ii) The individual obtains other creditable coverage.

It's not rocket science.

This woman's story is simply an exposition in STUPIDITY.
Oh brilliant one, it was BC/BS who 1st told her she had to cancel using the Ocare exchange. And that was true, except none of the other brilliant Ocare workers knew how to do it.

Maybe this 62 year-old finishing her Masters Degree in Psychology is STUPID or a rwnj mole trying to discredit Ocare. otoh, far more likely, she's telling the truth and the ObamaFanatics don't want to believe her.

Liberals have been supporting an agenda the American people don't want, for so long that they HAVE to lie, or get voted out of office.

It's gotten to when they can no longer distinguish lies from truth, nor do they want to.

I wonder if they just stop paying if it hurts their credit history.

Blah-blah-blah.

HEALTHCARE HAS TO BE REFORMED, or it will destroy the American economy. Healthcare costs in this country are consuming too much of our resources. With baby boomers aging and poised to consume much more of our healthcare system, the costs have to be reduced. And the ACA doesn't do anywhere near enough to control healthcare costs. Moreover, all the players in the healthcare market ramped up their prices anticipating the ACA going into effect. This is just the beginning of healthcare reform, because if the United States doesn't drastically reduce healthcare costs, including insurance, providers, pharmaceuticals and manufacturers, then our economy will collapse. The insurance companies, providers, pharmaceuticals and manufacturers are taking their money today, and encouraging people to blame the government, and especially the ACA. But it's a smoke-screen. And the GOP's/Tea Party's choice, to NOT address the problem, but to fight healthcare reform, is simply egregious. They know there is a problem, But it's more politically expedient to lie to their constituents about the nature of the problem.

Please refer to anywhere, on the exchange, in the law, anywhere, where it tells purchasers of insurance that they have to cancel through the ACA website.

It's a marketplace, like E-Bay or Amazon, where you purchase something. Have a problem with the purchase, you contact the SELLER.

And oh-you're-so-brilliant, BC/BS told her to cancel the plan she had purchased. They didn't tell her to cancel it using the ACA website. And because she was stupid, trying to do something backwards, she ended up driving to BC/BS, her NEW insurance, and someone there called the insurance company she had bought from and got it cancelled.

NO, you do not cancel your insurance using the ACA website. You notify them, in case your insurance carrier fails to do so. So that no subsidies will be paid. But you CANCEL your insurance policy by calling your insurance carrier. Just like people who don't go through the ACA website do.

She called Blue Cross and they said she had to cancel through the exchange.

You realize that the mess that the website has created means that they are literally going through and reconciling these enrollees by hand. Because so many people never got their applications transmitted to the insurance companies, they are checking to make sure each person who the exchanges show as enrolled are also on the insurance companies' rolls.

So if even if you are able to unenroll through the insurance company, you could likely be "reconciled" back into the plan because you show up as enrolled through the exchanges.

Obama created a huge mess by not allowing a delay and forcing people to use a system that wasn't even remotely ready. And this poor woman is one of thousands who got caught in the cracks created by Obama. They have taken almost $1000 from her. Surely you could muster up some sympathy.
