Ridiculous assertion. Workers from all sorts of professions are mandated to make all kinds of disclosures as a matter of law. Do they lose their 1st Amendment rights by being required to make disclosures?

Your logic is very, very weak....if not completely invalid.

Logic so flawed a federal judge just struck down an abortion ban because of it.

North Carolina abortion rules struck down by federal judge - latimes.com

Do I like the idea of disclosure, yes absolutely, I think doctors should present all reasonable medical risks to patients about the procedures. Do I think doctors should made to read and show anti-choice propaganda because the state says so. No I think that violates the 1st amendment.

Except for doctors who know your foetus is abnormal and don't have to tell you. Reprehensible.

then you would use proper medical terms. it is late term abortion not "partial birth abortion. you would also know that late term abortion is a necessary medical procedure and one not done because a woman changes her mind 7 months into a pregnancy

IMHO there'd be NO "55 million people more" since a LOT more people would be making damn sure that NO pregnancy happens if abortion was flat illegal.

Then a woman who "traps" a man in getting her pregnant also needs to be off the hook unless talking about bad stuff like rape.

Uh; MOST "pro life" people would NOT agree there if the pregnancy was because of rape, especially if it was a young girl whose body ain't ready to carry to term.
