Why didn't they call it the "Gabby Giffords" bill or the "James Brady" bill? That would be hilarious!

Those names were already taken, by misguided leftist fanatics trying to exploit tragedies to forward their own unworkable agendas.

Naming the bill after another misguided leftist fanatic instead, was much more appropriate.

I agree. We would be far better off if our elected officials would quit acting like they are still in Jr High.

Last amendment OK passed allowing a Christian monument on government property turned out so well, I can only this will turn out the same.
