I hope some Oklahoma agency chews out this oil company for this:
"I got 5 acres and I'd say about 90% of it is covered in oil," someone said in this story:
Freezing temperatures split oil valve, spray neighbors

A lighter, and these guys get free heating for at least a day. Oil company is probably going to charge them for stealing their oil.

Question, where do you think the EPA gets its rule making authority and guidance from?

The EPA, DOT and other agencies create rulemaking through a process that seeks comments. If the have an issue with a regulation they have the opportunity voice their concerns. Tell me is the alternative to let each state go it's own way regarding clean air or water, makes no sense. The lead story is short on specifics other than they don't like the clean air act, what is their proposal other than to do away with the EPA?

Its republicans that hate working people by doing the following,

Refusing to raise min wage.
Being against earned income tax credits for workers.
Refusing to help workers who are home foreclosure victims.
Being against unemployment benefits for workers who lose their jobs.
Refusing to give all working Americans health insurance.
ex.ex.

How do democrats hate working people ???

MW was never meant to be a living wage.

You get back what you pay in. Don't pay in, get nothing back.

Buying a house you can't afford is who's fault?

It should not be in perpetuity.

Health insurance is a personal choice, not a right.

But I'm sure you don't care about government abuse of power since you love Big Government. Democrat lap dogs get excited whenever government grows even more powerful.

That's why we know that Dems hate working people. They love to increase their cost of living and tell them how to live their lives.
Yes let's just allow anyone that owns property on wetlands to have their way. Do you have any ide how many wetlands have been destroyed in the last 100 years, do you think that drinking water just magically appears at the tap?

I keep seeing this, so I decided to research it. Seems FDR would disagree-
“No business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country”

And it isnt. The only places where it was extended for a really long time were in places with extreme unemployment.

I think thats part of the ongoing debate. Many people feel that since we are such a great and powerful nation we should make it a right so that we live in a better country then before.....
