Four people (including a U.S. Ambassador) died on Clinton's watch in Benghazi after she stripped away the protection they kept begging for.

To my knowledge, none have died on Kerry's watch, yet.

So I guess Clinton "did more".

Does that answer your question?

BTW, who was held accountable for the 13 attacks on U.S.embassies and foreign diplomacies that resulted in the death of 90 people that occurred under the Bush 2 watch? Why did Fox News not devote 24/7 demanding answers and giving a platform to politicians to state opinions as facts?

The bipartisan congressional report did not arrive at the same conclusion that you did.

I think this is a question of who has done less harm...neither one of them really have anything to brag about...

That being said..I would say Kerry by default being that he hasn't been in the State Department long enough to screw something up.

Probably Kerry, considering that he managed to get Israeli-Palestinian peace talks restarted, proposed (albeit in an off-hand remark) a way to resolve the problem of Syria's chemical weapons, and probably helped negotiate that interim nuclear deal with Iran. He did all of this within less than one year, so yeah.

Kerry hasn't killed anyone yet, but give him time.

Kerry is totally hollow. He just parrots words he was told before.
