Default Maine court rules in favor of transgender student

He has a penis, he's got no right being in a girls restroom. My Niece ran around and acted like she was a dog but nobody took her to the vet.

If your niece was 4-5, I would have posted the video to YT. If she was 13-16 I would have seeked help for her or bought her a collar at the least.

So you agree that she (if this was not just a passing thing) might possibly have been experiencing mental health issues and sought proper help? Or is this more in line with the lib path and you're saying that you would have sought help to have her body carved into more of a dog shape, insisted her teachers take her for a walk each day, and demanded the school install a dog run for her and buy her a Frisbee to fetch while other students would have to pat her on the head saying "good girl!"

Can you please clarify?

No one slings anything around in the ladies room. We use stalls with doors, and come out of those stalls fully dressed. That is how restrooms work in real life, this isn't some college pajama party porn scenario.

I also don't see any reason a person can't also decide to choose their race. You can be black, white, Native American, Asian, Hispanic, whatever. Its a matter of choice and how you see yourself and how you present yourself. Go one step further and you may even be able to choose your age. You could choose to be 75 and be ready for social security. You may have to put up with some increased costs of insurance but there would be other perks I'm sure.

Persons and Parents of transgendered seek clinical help for clarification and an official diagnosis. "Proper help" in no way denotes cure or reversal of behavior.

My girldog comments were in jest. There is no indication she had canine DNA therefore explaining her personality change to a dog.

Human gender reality is far more complex than boy or girl...X or Y .

With that in mind the census could be taking on a whole new meaning.

We are all Homo Sapiens...race is a classification of the different types of groups.
