Obama tries to duck the issues, claiming that just because some hearings had been stonewalled, and evidence redacted, and witnesses silenced, that he doesn't have to answer for his failures.
He's never had to answer for any failures his entire life, not the least of which is cheating inner-city kids out of an improved education when he oversaw the implementation of ethnic identity curricula instead of academic curricula during the Annenberg Challenge. Why should he start now?
No surprise that O'Reilly looked like the station he represents, a bumbling imbecile. He is a symbol of the dying and pathetic party of Dixie, the type of man that this society is moving away from. This country can no longer afford to be governed by the segment of white men who are bigoted.
By comparison, the nation's first black President not only looked like the greatest of Presidents, but he showed that he is simply a superior form of human being.
Kudos to President Obama. We have been fortunate to have this great man at the helm.
I laughed when he blamed FOX for prolonging scandals when he has constantly lived on blaming Bush for like five years for about everything that does not go right even now.
All he does is blame. And that's because he can't lead and he can't improve our country. All someone else's fault, you know.
Honestly, I had to check the date of the interview because it almost seemed as if it were old, did anyone else feel that way? Anyways, I think Obama handled it in the most appropriate way considering he's dealing with someone with an agenda, Bill could've attacked from a different angle regarding the future of the US as opposed to the past. Obama had a perfect answer at one point along the lines of "I don't worry about a few fumbles, but the next play" therefore Bill should've asked what the next play would be. And no, I don't like Bill or Obama..
Someone with an agenda!!!
what was Bill's agenda?
Bill wasn't attacking, although considering the many soft interviews asking obama what his favorite color is any question relating to politics might be considered an attack.
Obama doesn't have an agenda!!!!!
Bill isn't going to try and trash the president or intentionally make him look bad. He was respectful and asked questions many people would ask. If he wasn't respectful he would look like a thug. there is a diff between respectful and uncomfortable fawning....O'reilly vs Mathews.
Bills' hype of the interview would make it appear to some as a confrontation, and that was a mistake on his part, as it was inconsistent with his interviewing style. It undermines his work. Mike Wallace for example is more refined and professional in appearance and asks hard questions. BO'r has a style that can be maintained with less bravado without looking like an agressor especuially when advertizing an upcoming interview.
Try going into a boss and tell him you messed up his pet project and offer this excuse, "I don't worry about a few fumbles, but the next play" . You would be out the door. That may be a flippant answer worthy of a sit com but it diminishes any spectre of latent leadership that may be found in macroscopic quantities lurking in Obama's genetic material.
The interview and the super bowl were duds.
Obama does what obama does and he can never look good in any light. O'Reilly has real ability but it gets lost in how he hypes his interviews.
Giving Obama the floor and he can talk and talk.. his new name should be Alibi Obama.. always has an excuse for himself and his unaccountable administration.
Just saw the interview on web, was watching Bubba Watson lose the WM open on TV. The Pres. did very well was open and answered all the questions again. O'Reily living in the past, listing all the failed theories of Rep Issa.
You obviously watched a different interview that the rest of us did. obama was a stumbling, bumbling, , evading, lying fool as he always is. He had no answered for any questions, just blaming others as he always does..
After the interview, I had no more understanding of the topics discussed than before the interview. The President did not answer any of the questions. It was typical political babble of talking but not saying anything. He couldn't even give a straight answer to who he thought might win the game.

No, he wasn't.
