It's not off topic. It's the exact same mentality. Buy into one -> concede the other.

Don't like it? Rethink your prejudices...

Several people in this thread have erroneously conflated Creationism with ID. They're not the same. They're different. Even Ham states so.

Well... they want to be able to play the Wedge Document card, but then they won't also willingly admit that by the same conditions, there's irrefutable proof that Obama is an anti-white racist.

That has to be the most illogical and inappropriate 'analogy' I've ever read. Like I said- apples to leprechauns.

You keep using the Discovery Institute's definition for ID. A definition they created to try to hide the fact that ID is Creationism so that they could get around the first amendment and get their religious beliefs taught in science classes in schools. This plan was exposed in their own "Wedge strategy" document.

Have you even read the Discovery Institute's Wedge strategy document?

Use a different definition of ID and not the definition created by the Creationist Discovery Institute if you don't want to keep shooting yourself in the foot. The Discovery Institutes Wedge document is just icing on the cake where they lay it all out. If you won't admit that the Discovery Institute is a Creationist organization you are proving that you are lying to hide the fact that ID is a religious belief, just like the Discovery Institute tried to do.

Her mind works in mysterious ways....

But I should thank her. If anyone reading this thread or the other Bill Nye thread didn't know about the Discovery Institutes direct involvement in creating the ID movement, they sure do now after she has posted their definition of ID over and over and over again in both threads.

Creationists and Intelligent Design advocates are the same thing. Like a clown and a clown carrying an umbrella.
