So what if FOX News, really is the only thing keeping Obama from implementing his agenda?

I am not really a fan of the talker shows on Fox OR on MSNBC so much hot air to rile up the faithful. More heat than light usually.

But FOX sure seems to get under Obama's skin. Isn't that the media's job? To keep the President on his toes?

No, it's not, it's their job to report the news unbiased, which Fox never does.

Having a big boobed girl call Obama a communist is not journalism, it's trash.

The Obama News Networks haven't reported the news since 2009.

So, when Bush was President was Fox News not legitimate media because they didn't keep him on his toes? And MSNBC was then the legitimate media?

Also, my recollection of basic civics tells me that Obama's lack of votes in Congress is what actually prevents him from pushing his agenda through.

I think you've confused media with journalism. Fox News is a media alright, but it's not journalism.

And no, the media's job is not to keep the President on his toes. The media's job is to entertain and amuse you, which is exactly the purpose of Fox News.

That's pretty much the idea that I keep. Whoever the president is in power, the media channel that supports the opposite party would be more truthful about the sitting president. People really need to listen more often to both the support and the opposition and draw their own conclusions; because sometimes the opposition greatly exaggerates the faults of their opponent(s). The truth is, like everything else that exists on this planet, in the middle

Oh please NO ONE does unbiased news anymore, if they ever did.

I find it very telling that the OP employs improper grammar in their championing of Fox News.

Why wasn't Bush running around whining about biased media being the only thing stopping him?

Obama and Obamabots have a problem with personal accountability.

The role of journalism in the 1st Amendment context is to hold the government accountable. That was the intent from the very beginning.
