What are you talking about ?

America is undergoing changes whether you like it or not.
It is a fact that Hispanics are on their way to becoming the majority in the US.
The border states would of course be the first ones to exhibit this change.

The objectionable part of these changes is directly due to illegal immigration from the Hispanic countries south of our border, mostly Mexico. This is neither lawful nor is it natural. I don't like the flippant attitude "whether we like it or not". What American in their right would embrace a change like that? We should all be joining in the fight to stop this illegal invasion rather than rolling over and just accepting it. That is if one is a true American they would.

Shrug, I kinda don't care.

I never understood why Cinco De Mayo is celebrated in this country. The holiday is about a war that Mexico won. What does that have to do with our politics or our history?

The House, the Senate and the President of the United States comes to mind.

How do you fight that ?

All this fear is generated on the belief that we are moving toward equality and that White males will no longer be more entitled than anyone else. The "take our country back" crew is actually the "entitlement" crew. Witnessing the manifestation of equality makes them sick. This is why they still can't get over that a Black man is president and will remain so until the next one is inaugurated, despite the lame attempts to get him out of the Whitehouse.
You are completely wrong.

With our votes, that's how.

Exactly! Sounds like the flag of surrender to me with that kind of flippant attitude. Having all those Hispanic students in his class many of which are probably illegal aliens IMO is softening his stance on illegal immigration. But then again maybe he never cared in the first place. There is plenty one can do to fight this unnatural change in demographics due to illegal immigration but only if you give a damn to do something. The guilty ones are right in congress and go all way up to the White House. They are there due to our votes and we can change that.

Then why not just have a "national beer day" and remove Mexico's history and politics from it? It has nothing to do with us.

'Merica Day? Is that the day when people dress up like a redneck wearing red white and blue while drinking Budweiser and shooting holes in a pick up truck that is sitting on cinder blocks?
