No they are not 'cured' because there was no disease in the first place.
It happens because of a wash of hormones during fetal development. Asking why it happens less frequently is like asking why some children are left handed or why some children have red hair or why some people are blood type AB instead of the more common O. It's down to the genetic history of your family.
It's been banned in certain states due to a lack of education on the subject and fear mongering by bigots like you. I personally think if DOMA had never be pushed through by your brethren in Congress at the time things may have played out very differently in individual states.

There has been NO person ever "cured" of Homosexuality, there have been some that have been FORCED to deny their feelings and act straight, it's like "curing" you of having blue eyes or being left handed.
There are not MORE Homosexuals or Bisexuals now then there has been relative to population, they can be more open now without fear of beatings or death.

Well for one. I knew pretty early on I liked girls only...Why would it take oh say 10 years to realize hey I like guys only or if its a girl hey I only like girls! I guarantee the increase in homosexuality has a lot to do with the "vaccines" kids are given nowadays and also has something to do with all the poisons they put in foods as well. Can I prove it? Nope...don't need to. It is proven different chemicals etc can have weird affects on people...make your brain act weird...Maybe its got something to do with the nonstop indoctrination from the time they enter public school until they leave that makes kids experiment because its oh so normal to do that and it screws their brain up...who knows...all I know is its not natural and you ain't born with it.
