I'm pretty sure the Navy has already locked in a solution to sink things things inside 30 seconds if they blink wrong...

That happened when those ships were 12 miles from their home port in the Middle East, and has been the case ever since. Guaranteed.

Do you have a link? I find it hard to believe that thing would make it across the Atlantic without sinking or breaking down en route.
