Of course he owns his business. He just doesn't have the right to deny service at it based on certain grounds.

nope.
If the government can dictate who you serve, all you have is an illusion of ownership.

I have some Vicodin in my medicine cabinet. I can't sell that to you. Hell, I can't even give it to you as a gift. Does that mean I don't own it?

Private property rights are good but your fundamentalist interpretation where a man's business serving the public is akin to his home is different. There are laws he must abide by.

How can you not see the difference? I didn't think something like this would need explaining to a grown person.

Freedom of speech, doncha know. But the left can bash Christians all they want and get away with it.

It's not even laughable.
I would like to see how Gary would handle the companies that "do business" with Gary if they took the same attitude.

Sorry Gary You cant bank with us.
Sorry Garry, were not gonna deliver food products to you any longer.
Sorry Gary you can't shop for groceries here any more.
Sorry Garry, you gonna find another source of natgas and electricity.
Sorry Garry, you have to find another water company.
Gee Garry we can't issue you insurance for your restuarant anymore...

Garry gets to be a punk. Too bad his suppliers dont have that same luxury.

There is no difference to see.
Why is a business different than a home? As a grown person ( ) you should have no problem explaining.

So you'd be ok for a restaurant to refuse service to christians?

(Not that I expect a direct answer from you since, you know, I'm on your famous - or infamous - ignore list and all. )

I had/have no sympathy for the wheelchair guy after seeing this:

Here it gets really odd. If you watch the video, the vet said he was a customer there for years. He knew about the owner's racism and bigotry, but "always turned a blind eye to it."
Why is he getting upset now that the venom is turned on him? This is a surprise?
The kitchen in the video looks nasty. Time for a health inspection.

Actually, he doesn't have the right to refuse on the grounds he's doing so. Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Heart of Atlanta Motel v. US.
