The Opinion of the court is not legally binding, only its verdict. so try again.

Got it.
Oh, he's helping businesses out now? That's strange, it looked more to me like he was trying to help pleading democrats not lose their freaking shirt in 2014 and 2016.

Strange how we both look at the same thing and see two totally different pictures, huh?

The answer is obviously no, but you are so partisan you dont see the flaw in your own argument.
Who created the "lie?" If it was Bush (and it wasn't), he went by the same intelligence reports that Clinton went by when he signed a bill in 1998 making regime change in Iraq official U.S. policy.

While Obama swore to voters the ACA/mandate was not a tax when selling it, he had the Solicitor General argue before the Court that the ACA was indeed a tax. That was the only reason it survived judicial review, because it was a tax.

And because it is a tax, Roberts/SC put the ACA back in the hands of the Congress.

Many of them made statements that Saddam needed dealt with long before Bush was even president. History will not treat Bush well in how he dealt with him but how did Bush's statements cause those who held the same opinion hold them even before he said them?
