No, both of those boys when they get older will most likely adopt a son or have some babe have a kid for them so they can raise him gay in the fashion world so the trend will continue.
In this picture it looks as though the son has pulled her bikini to the side (you can see her tan line exposed) and is giving it to her from the rear through his swim trunks.

I should point out that Seymour's relationship with the men that she dated never worked out, because she is bisexual and believes in open sexual relationsihps.
That one does appear shopped but the ones that clearly aren't are still icky.
It's not photoshopped but your sub conscious mind would like it to be, because it's difficult for normal people to understand why a mother and son would engage in that type of activity.
