A guy I knew had a job working at a women's prison. He said that it was not uncommon for female inmates to be converted to lesbianism. The sales pitch would be 'have you ever had a real orgasm?' And of course for many, the answer would be 'no.' Then they would promise, 'we can give you your first,' and they would deliver, and the conversion would be a done deal.

I wonder if the libs on this thread would be of the opinion that this kind of conversion therapy should be criminalized? We live in bizarre times...our brain on liberalism.

Ask Harrier if that right includes the right to subject children to a therapy which encourages homosexuality, even practicing it in the classroom?

Gay conversion therapy is not science, it's not medicine. It's a modern version of snake oil, or patent medicine being shilled by charlatans like the patent medicine men of two centuries ago who traveled the country in their colorfully-painted wagons trying to get the gullible to part with their money. It's a scam and scams should be illegal.

Thats not really so much conversion therapy as it is...a sexual agreement.

And sounds like its a lot more successful and unharmful for the woman.

I am sorry that some of you spent years working through the shame and guilt you felt when your attractions didn’t change. Harrier people are confusing "gay conversion therapy" with what states' legislators are trying to accomplish.

Most therapists and clinicians don't try to change a person "sexual orientation"[i.e. Homosexuality-Bisexuality] anymore. State legislators are using data from American Psychiatric associations papers and studies on the adverse outcome in trying to change ones "sexual orientation" to include gender confusion.

States' legislation is to ban clinicians to advise/counsel on gender confusion and reassignment.

Why is it society is so bound and determined to steer young people down the path of gaydom if for instance the young male shows feminine traits? Being a male that has feminine traits does not guarantee that the person is gay. Human sexuality and sexual identity is so very complex that one can not say certain things are carved in stone and are the way we assume they are. The state should stay out of the sexual lives of citizens. They have no right to blindly dictate their agenda....From what I see...the gay phenomena in part is about asexuality and the creation of submissive drones. Slaves that do not breed or question the authority of the state.

I knew a mother who liked to play the victim card in order to milk money from the state. First she insisted that one of her young sons was autistic...then she insisted that he had attention deficit disorder....finally she insisted that her young boy was gay. Years passed and none of these things came to be. I have said over and over again. Let nature take it,s course.

Let young people find their own identity. As for parents taking their kids to a therapist in an attempt to adjust certain sexual tendencies and traits...it is their business. The child is not the property of special interest groups or the state or the medical profession. It is YOUR child.

People fail to realize that the first sexual experience a young person has may affect who they think they are. I have seen instances where a young boy was molested by a male care giver..and because the incident had homosexual over tones...the kid imagined later that they were gay.....eg. If a young male's first experience is having oral sex performed on them by another male...and that young person finds pleasure in it..That kid may assume with the help those who are more than willing to get them on the gay band wagon - that they are gay.

YES there are natures little tricks and mutations - and some are born with homosexual yearnings...but some are not and we do not bother as a society to sort out who is who...or what is what.


In the over all...sexuality is a private bodily function like eating or excreting. WHY certain people including law makers want to involve themselves in the private affairs of others is all about control...It has little to do with compassion or love.

Governments rule by poll. They want to please everybody whether they believe in the laws they pass or not. It is about pandering.
