Except maybe the terrorism charge. What?

The teens should be charged as well, though.

I don't believe that applies when a misdemeanor is being committed.

At least you are blaming the gun users instead of the guns for crimes... that is a big step for a liberal... now you have to make the next step of every felony is still a felony...

Lives ruined. All for a stupid mean spirited idiot prank. You have a crazy man who will spend probably the better of his remaining years in prison. Parents who will bury a child and will carry with the blame of raising an idiot for a child, friends who will also lose one of their own and share responsibility for her death. I hope her parents ban them from the funeral, that's IF they'd even have the guts to show up.
Parents, there are a lot of crazy people out there. If you don't raise your children to be decent people, they will find people of like minds and cause no end of trouble for themselves and others. idiots have a way of finding each other and colliding where normal people avoid them.
Still, in context, these crimes are still vastly outnumbered by gun crimes involving robbery.

In many states ( I couldn't find the Arkansas penal code,) throwing things from a moving vehicle is a felony, which the teens should be charged with, as well as vandalism.
