I'm eating a grapefruit. Never really just sat and ate a grapefruit.

I remember Bill Cosby used to always eat them, and my co-worker Michelle. They both used spoons to eat the grapefruit.

Using spoon I get grapefruit juice all over me. How do you eat a grapefruit with a spoon?!

Here are the instructions

You get all the fruit, none of the seeds and all of the juice - after you do the 'cuts', the spoon part is easy.
I have special 'grapefruit spoons' with serrated tips, but they aren't really needed with proper cuts.

Reminds me, for some reason, of an exchange Samuel Johnson had with some woman, who had asked him:
