The implied meaning of these two sentences is that abortions performed by private doctors for white women are mostly done in secret and therefore illegal. That is simply untrue.
I have no problem with reading comprehension, but you most certainly have a problem expressing your thoughts coherently.
And why is this a problem? Abortion is legal, and all women who seek one should be able to receive one without harassment.
Never said it was a problem. It's a shame it's a problem in this country where a lot have to be done illegally and in secret because prolifers have made it next to impossible or impossible to open planned parenthood clinics where people can go in to have a safe legal abortion without fear of harassment. So it's basically a lie that abortion is legal in this country.
Once again. Wealthy white women just as in the days prior to Roe v Wade can find a medical doctor to have it done in secret whether legally or illegally. Whereas if you are black or poor you gotta face the angry hordes of the pro-lifers who throw insults in your face, want to attack you, photograph your license plates to post them on the web so people can look up the data and then harass you at home.
Personal responsibility is taking care of things yourself and not relying on others to do it for you.....and that includes aborting an unwanted pregnancy.
How about preventing the unwanted pregnancy.
Btw, my money would be on the probability that they don't pay for these abortions.
Why should others tax money go to feeding the kids of those are obviously healthy enough to reproduce?
why should I pay for wars I don't believe in?
why should I pay for corporate welfare I don't believe in?
why should I pay for schools when I don't have school age children?

because someone's mother was able to deliver a baby doesn't make the child exempt from needing more food than what is available to them.
