PSA: they cannot use typical IRS tactics of garnishing paychecks or seizing assets to collect this particular fine. Simply owe the IRS at the end of every year and they cannot collect it from any refund.

Supreme court disagreed saying it was clearly a tax in upholding mandated coverage.
