Another unelected man in black robes violating the constitution and ignoring the will of the people.

You lefties truly do hate the U.S, Constitution.

It is sick to see you gloat about such a travesty, the undermining of constitutional law, and the destruction of the building block of society's most fundamental institution - the family.

Oh really?

Tell that to a baker in Colorado.

The 10th Amendment doesn't trump the 14th. Did you cry 10th Amendment violation when the SCOTUS made interracial marriage legal in all states?

Sadly, too many liberals either haven't read or just dismiss the 10th Amendment.

The 14th Amendment does not trump the 10th Amendment.

Interracial marriage has absolutely nothing to do with the current discussion.

Try to stay on topic.

Actually, most liberals know very well what the 10th Amendment says. What all you conservatives are oblivious to is that the 10th Amendment doesn't grant States the right to violate the 14th Amendment.

Liberals won't be able to fight - they will have already conceded their 2nd Amendment rights.

Show Harrier where the 14th Amendment repealed the 10th Amendment.

Actually, it does. Newer amendments carry more legal weight than older ones. States are required to provide equal protection of the law. The 10th Amendment doesn't give States the power to not follow the 14th Amendment.

Really?

The 27th Amendment carries 27 times as much weight as the 1st Amendment?

Harrier contends that they both carry equal weight.

The only amendments that can trump another amendment are the ones that specifically state so - such as the 21st Amendment.

Sheesh, Harrier really does need to be a teacher.

He is only three years away.

Basic civics knowledge is lacking among too many eligible voters in this republic.
