Liberals although go around and rake the courts to get done what they want. I've about had it............time to go into hiding as the country is about doomed. The 10th Amendment doesn't trump the 14th. Did you cry 10th Amendment violation when the SCOTUS made interracial marriage legal in all states?

Actually, it does. Newer amendments carry more legal weight than older ones. States are required to provide equal protection of the law. The 10th Amendment doesn't give States the power to not follow the 14th Amendment.

The only amendments that can trump another amendment are the ones that specifically state so - such as the 21st Amendment.
