And you completely miss the point that being a member of the KKK is not a protected class in anti-discrimination law.

How about you look up what protected class means before continuing to make foolish arguments and telling others that they fail to understand the argument?

Excuse me, but you don't know the words of Jesus.

Put this in your pipe and smoke it, Christian haters: Gay hair stylist drops New Mexico governor as client because she opposes same-sex marriage | Liberal Logic 101

Here is a case of a "flamer" who believes he does have a right to discriminate based on his beliefs.

Do you really not get it? He is not breaking the law by refusing to cut her hair. This has been explained too many times, but you still don't get it.

He does have that right. Being an opponent to same-sex marriage isn't a protected class.

One thing is crystal clear, these wonderful little darlings target establishments of the religious faithful to silence those who dare to disagree with the notion of homosexualized “marriage” and homosexual militants cannot stand anyone who refuses to toe the line with the homosexual agenda.

It should be the same as the smoking "ban" SHOULD be.

The owner of the individual store gets to decide who they want to do business with.

If a homosexual "couple" wants to get "married" and the store they go to does not want to work a gay wedding because they believe it's a sinful act then the people should just find a store that will take their business.

Just like if you have a bar and the owner allows smoking and you don't like the smoke you simply find a bar that does not allow smoking and go there.

None of this has to be difficult.
