You are like an annoying broken record. You still miss the point. You fail to understand the argument. Perhaps you do not know what doing custom work is. I guess it's just over your head.
And you completely miss the point that being a member of the KKK is not a protected class in anti-discrimination law.
How about you look up what protected class means before continuing to make foolish arguments and telling others that they fail to understand the argument?
Really. No doubt, it's all based on the baker being highly prejudiced against people who engage in sex acts the baker takes great offense. So the baker finds the sex acts dogs do less offensive than ones human homosexuals do. People like that baker need to review the words of Jesus.
Again the question remains unanswered which is most importantly why do the homosexual couples in question not just take their business to the myriad of other homosexual friendly venues? The religious baker will serve homosexuals other types of cakes, cookies, etc. they just will not legitimize a homosexualized “wedding” by being a party to something that they do not believe in via their constitutional right of religious exercise in that marriage is a man and a woman.
One thing is crystal clear, these wonderful little darlings target establishments of the religious faithful to silence those who dare to disagree with the notion of homosexualized “marriage” and homosexual militants cannot stand anyone who refuses to toe the line with the homosexual agenda.
It should be the same as the smoking "ban" SHOULD be.
The owner of the individual store gets to decide who they want to do business with.
If a homosexual "couple" wants to get "married" and the store they go to does not want to work a gay wedding because they believe it's a sinful act then the people should just find a store that will take their business.
Just like if you have a bar and the owner allows smoking and you don't like the smoke you simply find a bar that does not allow smoking and go there.
None of this has to be difficult.
