Ahhh.... but you don't know that. At this point you are making things up. In fact there is no evidence that it is true.

At best, you have found that 100% of groups with the name "tea party" were targeted. That is nothing at all even close to "100% of groups with conservative names like tea party were targeted."

Please... pay attention.

Not anymore they don't. But it has turned out that when they did, they were wrong.

One minute, she needs protection from prosecution,

The next, its just a witch hunt.

Make up your mind..

Stop quoting other sources and go back and actually read the IG's letter... specifically page 5.

"Progressive" was absolutely on the BOLO. His claim otherwise was factually wrong.

Don't take my word for it.

Go look.

I know you guys really, really, really, really want to believe that. But its not true.

As in Miranda... a person can "5th Amendment up" anytime they want.

100% of the groups with Tea Party, Patriot and 9/12 were targeted, more than a couple hundred so this isn't just a handful of groups. Name one liberal group where 100% of the same sounding name was targeted, just one.

Look... I already let you get away with moving the goalposts from "prosecution" to "conviction." But at this point your argument is no longer with me.

Go read the Appeals court decision.

You are unclear on the concept.

You cited a case that I am now absolutely convinced you've never even read, and made no argument whatsoever.

Why? That would tell me nothing about whether or not the law was being applied fairly.
