The only evidence I need is knowing that 100% of groups with conservative names like tea party were targeted while liberal groups with liberal names escaped scrutiny or skated through the process.
Ahhh.... but you don't know that. At this point you are making things up. In fact there is no evidence that it is true.
At best, you have found that 100% of groups with the name "tea party" were targeted. That is nothing at all even close to "100% of groups with conservative names like tea party were targeted."

Congressional immunity does not protect her from prosecution. It only protects her from prosecution on charges stemming from her testimony.

Wrong, not one question answered in front of Congress was used against him, in fact the prosecutors were isolated during the testimony, and Oliver North was only given LIMITED immunity.
Look... I already let you get away with moving the goalposts from "prosecution" to "conviction." But at this point your argument is no longer with me.
