I'm still wondering who she is referring to as the good guy. Palin would NEVER call Obama a good guy.

That is the type of diplomacy that kept us out of nuclear war during the 'Cold War' which Russia is trying to revive at this moment. Obama is just not the type of guy to get the job done. We don't need cowards like him in the oval office. He is the Neville Chamberlain (a true coward of your country in his time) of our time.
Bible Spice would be glad to usher in a war, as it would mean the Second Coming of Christ. She even said it would happen in her lifetime.

Normally mock women for their religious beliefs, or only when in an especially intolerant mood?

Intellectuals have made a great mess of things. There are grand ideas and then there is the real world.

Only in conservative land is intelligence considered a detriment to society.

Stand for?????? has obama ever ever clearly stated his ultimate goals fo rthe country? Never has, just takes advantage of the ignorant by stringing them along, lying and feeding his agenda bit by bit.
Agreed, both sides do it. And both sides thrive on ignorant sound bites like Hope and Change and drill baby drill. Unless I get a full frontal lobotomy I would never ever vote or support either of them.

She's promoting what JFK did, deterrence. Like JFK, she knows our nuclear arsenal gives us leverage. She states, essentially, that Obama would be happy to throw that leverage and he has. Putin is taking advantage of that weakness. One of the good guys that used deterrence against the evil empire was Reagan.

Palin wanted to get prayer cards put back on airplanes.
Someone should tell her it's not prayer that keeps planes aloft.
In any case, should I worry about politicians who are eager to see the Second Coming of Christ after Armageddon?
You betcha!!
