The robot has a weak offense, but a pretty consistent defense. It could outplay at least 75% of basement Ping-Pong players but would have no chance against a pro or even a high-ranked American table tennis player.
Finally. Get two of 'em and we don't have to play table tennis anymore.

Just kidding, but I don't see the point. If you are good enough to be competitive, wouldn't you know a the best players in your area and be able to practice with them? The robot may have the technical game, but what about the mental game?
