Taxed so much you may not think it profitable to be a foreigner running a business in the USA.

They want to tax us then to import it...Like it should be, we either pay the tariff, or we build it here.
The only way to a strong nation, is to once again make it self sufficient.
What about all the products that are U.S. designed, with U.S. manufactured parts that are assembled in China, Bent?
Or all the products that are imported here by U.S. companies?
Or the products that are produced abroad by U.S. owned factories?
Or the products produced overseas with U.S. supervision and direction by our citizens in those places abroad?
It ain't that simple, Bent.
…and I didn't even mention the financing that flows both ways, or the U.S. corporations who own as many factories elsewhere as here, or all the factories that are owned by foreigners here.
It's not simple. And it will never be again, if it ever was in the first place. You are asking for a time that was 100 years in our past.

Ridiculous.. Then some foreign corporation will simply buy into an american own company in order to avoid the taxes, and you'd get less american own corporations, and only the billion dollar corporations could compete.
Well done, you just pushed more american companies out of business while creating a loophole for foreign ones to gain the system, increasing prices, and making everything less affordable to the american consumer in the process.

Have you even bothered to google the ratio of American owned business's throughout the rest of the world and who it was that either started or was a leader in that foreign ownership thingy? How about who it was that virtually forced NAFTA on other countries using the very concept you are suggesting would now solve your problems.
As long as that shoe was on the other foot, everything was going swimmingly for you, but now, oooopsy!
You do realize that all those other countries are now making the $hit you were once literally defined by? They no longer need your $hit to either survive or excel. Your niche has now been filled; clean-up aisle three.
