I think that he means if the U.S. Constitution and/or the interpretation of the U.S. Constitution in regards to this got changed in the future.

Okay, maybe a few but not many.

In the Navy, we're trained and taught not to see race or skin color, but Navy blue across the board.

Great! I win!

In all seriousness, though, I would think that more Hispanics/Latinos in the U.S. would be patriotic to this country than to their and/or their ancestors' country/countries of birth/origin. However, I will need to research this topic further.

That said, on a personal level, I myself am an immigrant to the U.S. from Israel (I am not Hispanic, if you are wondering) and I am more loyal to the U.S. than I am to Israel.

I only speak upon what I've seen. Don't you remember the sick look on Obama's face when he had to go before cameras after the Somali pirates were killed? Somalia of course is just a stone's throw from where his father came from(Kenya).

Stupid analogy makes absolutely no sense, and has no relevance to the Crimea matter. Major fail.

Uh; during WW 2 many Americans of Italian family fought AGAINST Italy. I'm of Irish family: IF Ireland went cray cray on us and if I was in the service; I'd fight for the US, NOT Ireland. I'm American 1st. Too; I know many "Hispanic" people who WOULD go against Mexico IF it was needed.

Have you been talking with Putin?

Actually there will always be borders, borders and respect for borders are what keeps peace and harmony between various peoples and cultures. Good fences make good neighbors.

Aren't they like Mexico already? Its why Bank of America has its main call center in Harlingen TX and pays its staff below min. wage.

And Harris County has the highest rate of poverty in the nation. Way to go, red states.

I am extremely skeptical that Obama has much loyalty to a country which he was never personally lived in.
