What`s unbelievable is that anyone would want to spend taxpayer money prosecuting an unwinnable case. Have a 4th grader read these stories to all of you and then come back and tell me that you know better than the Duquesne law professor, former AG Tom Corbett, Dauphin County DA, etc.

yeah, well, we've gotta start somewhere...taxpayers money being wasted? How is this unwinnable when they have tape recordings? Then what can we do in your opinion to stop this...?
We also waste a whole lot of tax payers money each time a criminal is re-arrested, but most don't think about that either...our whole judicial system is amuck....means nothing any longer...we've got to fix it..what other way to fix it, then to show people who scream racist, they can no longer get away with it?

Read the links provided and you`ll see why it`s unwinnable. Stop thinking about race for a moment and lay out YOUR winning strategy for prosecuting these weasels.

This is about Pennsylvania. Yet, somehow, you still manage to make it about Obama. You have a creepy obsession with him.

The end result is those politicians will quietly retire under full pension after which they will hit the talk circuit and make more money.

Just because they didn't prosecute doesn't mean they declined to prosecute. This was an active investigation and investigations like this can go on for a very long time, they lower the hammer on everyone all at once after it's been played out. You have people that have broken the law and accepted money, what did Kane do to further the investigation to put these people behind bars? Nothing of course, she killed it.
