BUT, don't hold your breath! It isn't likely that ANY of them will ever do any such thing!
"The Other Guy" should do it, but (I) certainly can't afford it, is what they all say!
I agree. Pelosi is worth $100 Million yet she opposed a cut in congressional pay because she said "it would diminish the dignity of lawmakers' jobs". So when everyone else takes a pay cut because they are forced to pay higher taxes or forced to pay higher insurance premiums she's all for it.

I know poor people. They partied instead of going to college. They still party to this day. One poor guy is a nasty alcoholic who still depends on mama to house and feed him and he has no intention of changing.... Of course he is an Obama sheep.

What did you think, did you actually think working checkout or as a cook would pay you the same as a rocket scientist?

wow really? I cringe at this new voter base I'm at the mercy of.

In your progressive wet dreams.

My rights and responsibilities are not bestowed upon me from government.

The South has many people living below the poverty level. I don't know where YOU live, but I know what I see. I care about people that are truly trying, but I don't care about people that don't want to try. They are offering 10 dollars an hour at fast food joints near me because they are desperate for workers. People from other countries come here to work; there are jobs. The cost of living is low, as long as you don't try to live on the beach, so it takes less to live.

Or is the point really that its other peoples money you want to demonize and be used?

IMO, its not about their bs "cause" at all. Its about money and power. They dont give a damn about the causes they preach of, they care about themselves. If they really, really believed a lot of the crap they say, they would feel guilty about having so much money and would give most of their wealth away and live more middle class like. But they wont, they're hypocritical deceivers.
Can you name a Republican who has come close to giving what Bill Gates has?

According to the figures in the infographic Bill Gates has given $28 Billion to various charities since 2007, which apparently accounts for almost 48% of his net-worth.

As for paying enough to secure a future, you need training to secure a future. There are grants for people to go to school. Too many people have not made an effort to better themselves or try to get an education, and now they are behind. Whose fault is it? Not mine, and not the other hard working people in this country. No, I don't spend time worrying what other people are doing for money. I am too busy working to secure my own future. Just like I worked, got scholarships, went to college, and got a job I love. Was I born rich? No, but I hope to die rich, and if I do, I want to leave MY money to My family.

Can you cite for me some parts of the scripture to validate the notion that jesus believed government was responsible for taking care of people by taking from others?

I'm not at all religious, but thats not one I've heard before.

As rich as John Kerry is he didn't want to pay the taxes on his yacht. They don't want to pay taxes . They play a part as if they care yet they want to take everyone else's money , including the middleclass and the working poor.

So until we give 100% of our income to the government, we will never be a civil society..

Please..
