As for me, Yes, because I think that cross-dressers and other gender non-conformists should be able to have some place where they can go to the bathroom without the risk of being beat up and/or harassed.
And Yes, this is genuinely a serious question.
how about those wierdos just go home and use the restroom. I don't want them in my restroom and I should have to refer to them in gender neutral language either. It's total BS.
I support people born with a Richard btwn their legs being male, and people who don't find one there at birth being female.
If you're going to add a third restroom classification, maya sq ell make male - gay, male - not gay, female - gay, and female - gay restrooms too. Maybe also females who think they are males that like females, females who think they are males that like females who think they are males, and about 100 more possibilities.

I would rather see gender neutral than allowing men or boys to use the girls bathroom and visa versa. Have 3 choices: ladies, gents and yes, gender neutral. I don't think the risk of being beat up has anything to do with this. I think it is more a matter of respect. As a female I really do not want some guy, dressed in girls clothes using a women's bathroom and I am sure many men feel the same way...We have to accept the desires of many, not just one group. You make it sound like we need this to protect the cross dresser or transvestite? What about the majority of us, who are neither. Shouldn't our rights and privacy being respected as well?
Ive been in gender neutral/unisex bathrooms before and not once did I ever see someone standing there staring at someone using the bathroom and getting their rocks off. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar (or in this case a bathroom is just a place to go use the toilet).
I have been in places that had a men's bathroom, a women's bathroom, and a unisex bathroom that is basically a private bathroom that anyone could use. That should be more than plenty to meet any demand for a transgendered bathroom.

Some isn't so much gender neutral but gender switched.
They could have men, women, men that turned into women, women that turned into men, and then there are those that want to be both at the same time like the shemales. And then there could be the bathroom for the neither gender. That's 6 different ones.
