Barack Obama is a great family man, and seems like a person I'd like to hang out with.

George W. Also seems like a nice guy and great family man.

I used to hate Sean Hannity, but since he's on air during my drive time now I've come to view him as a nice guy with good values. I still think he tends to repeat himself too much and isn't as smart as some other pundits, but he's okay.

I would vote for Brian Schweitzer for President, even though he is a democrat. IMO, he was a pretty good governor. I would really like to see him on the Capitol steps with his VETO branding iron!
and, yes, obama DOES seem to be a pretty fair husband and father.

In all honesty have I have seen presidents come and go and believe all of them entered office wanting to do the best job they could. Their vision of making the country greater may be different than my own but I think they all want a better nation. For all the flack George Bush has taken over the years I still admire the man for putting capable Afro Americans in powerful positions. You never hear of them being considered token choices. I have always saw him as a honorable man and would consider it a great honor to meet him and shake his hand. We may differ on politics but I consider him to be one hell of a American.

Reggie

While I have never been a fan of GWB, there were two things I always gave him kudos for. The first was for the commitment his administration made to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa, which was instrumental in saving a lot of lives. And the second is that he resisted Cheney's demands to pardon Scooter Libby. I'm sure he was under a lot of pressure to do it, but he did what he thought was right instead.

That's interesting. It would be interesting to see how many of our 44 presidents have been left-handed.

OMG, first of all, this is supposed to be a positive, fun thread. Let's not turn it into a "I don't think so" thread and why in Gods green earth would you say he looks like a psychopath? How many have you known?

Being a psychiatric nurse, I have known plenty.
