Stop, already. Anyone who calls Bush a chimp because of his race, is racist. As the article you provided states in the first sentence, "...dark-skinned peoples have been likened to apes..."
We have all seen the racist word used for people who disagree with Obama policy. My question is IF Hillary (or any other woman wins the white house.) Would we see that people who disagree with Hilary are sexist?
A recent Gallup poll reflected the most popular reason given to support Hillary for president is she'd be the first woman president. Not because she was experienced or qualified or competent to hold the job. Her qualification to be president is a vagina.
If that way of thinking isn't sexist I don't know what is.
A white person would need to be wearing a hijab to be considered a Muslim while other just need to look like it. Sherrif Joe has gotten flack for asking a Native American for ID to prove her "legal status."

If the word 'first' didn't appear in the reasoning, I'd agree with you. It does, however. Women have been historically excluded from politics, so this is about breaking the glass-ceiling.

Do you think the Irish were discriminated against because they were white? By other whites? That wouldn't make any sense. I don't know, but my guess would be that the Irish were discriminated against because of their Catholic religion.
So, I was wrong. Whites have been compared to apes, but not because of their race. Agreed?
