Why does the owner of Hobby Lobby do business with China?

Because if they bought only higher-priced American stuff, most of their customers would go to the places selling cheaper Chinese stuff, and Hobby Lobby would go out of business. And then they wouldn't be able to do ANYTHING for their employees, because they would all be unemployed.

Anything else I can help you with?

So according to you, Mr. Green buys his inventory from a country that has forced abortions so that he can provide low paying jobs here in America? This is some sort of clause to Christian principles?

In other words, their alleged 'values' are important to them when they're spending their $$$ but lose that importance when they're making $$$, eh?

'Christian values' Hobby Lobby purchases its products from #1 'family planning' nation China
Because, like most capitalistic enterprises, they are only "religious" in the way that they think it suits their financial interests.

Another good example why no businesses operating in a secular marketplace offering secular products should be allowed to discriminate on the supposed basis of religious belief

Because, as always, these religious hypocrites and liars always care more about money than their supposedly deeply held religious beliefs.

What does this have to do with religious belief? Aren't there any Latin American countries that could supply his company with cost efficient products?

Apparently, aborting unborn Chinese heathens is okay with their Christian God, especially if there is money to be made off their labor.

Mr. Green is free to buy, or not to buy, his inventory from China. The only limiting factor would be Mr. Green's conscience as no law forces or forbids buying inventory from China.

Yes, conscience. That's what's askew here. You cannot object out of conscience to contraceptives while doing business with a country that forces abortion.

Wouldn't there be more abortions in China if Hobby Lobby refused to buy Chinese products?

Why would a Chinese government that is already fully committed to abortion not double-down on the practice of abortion if their exports declined?
